With the theme “ARCHIPRENEUR: Designing and Thriving Through Entrepreneurial Expertise in Architectural Services,” the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Pasig Chapter successfully conducted its 5th General Membership Meeting (F.Y. 2024-2025) on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. The meeting, held at Kenny Rogers Roasters on Shaw Boulevard in Pasig City, featured Architect Alfredo “Maestro” Fernandez as the guest speaker. Ar. Fernandez provided a compelling presentation on Design-Build Services by Administration (SPP 207), offering valuable insights into this increasingly relevant project delivery method.
